Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Logistician in San Diego to lead comprehensive logistics efforts in support of Navy/DoD programs. The role focuses on directing processes, policy development, and field guidance for effective logistics operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of logistics experience, with TS/SCI clearance. Master’s and DAWIA Certification are preferred, and SPA offers a broad benefits package in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Three (3) years of logistics experience in direct support of a Navy or DoD Acquisition Agency.
• TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.
• Master's degree preferred.
• DAWIA Certification in Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the integrated logistics process across operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments.
• Develop and implement logistics directives, policies, and systems to ensure effective support.
• Manage life cycle logistics actions for weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.

SPA is seeking a Logistician in San Diego.

Responsibilities

Logisticians integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments. Logisticians are responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance. The Logistician prepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support, and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped. It is the Logistician's duty to develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.
