Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Logistician APS/MRSPK at Creech Air Force Base to support Aircraft Parts Store (APS), Mobility Readiness Spare Part Kit (MRSPK), FSC and Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) functions.

Essential duties include pulling warehouse stock, processing receipts, and maintaining registration records while ensuring security clearance requirements are met. The role requires experience with AFI 23-101 and strong problem-solving in a base logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and understand English.
• This position requires 6 to 9 years work experience in the Air Force supply systems with emphasis on APS/MRSPK management.
• Must possess and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
• Applicant must possess and maintain a valid Nevada state driver’s license.
• Familiarity with AFI 23-101 procedures.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of academic/technical/military training.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• This position requires 6 to 9 years work experience in the Air Force supply systems with an emphasis on APS/MRSPK Management.
• Must be familiar with procedural requirements in AFI 23-101. Must possess and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Applicant must possess and maintain a valid Nevada state driver’s license.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

Must be able to operate up to a 6k capacity forklift and utilize material handling equipment. Must have a general knowledge of the Air Force warehouse supply functions. Must be able to repetitively hold/balance, reach, flex position, twist, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat/crouch, climb, and sit (all for short or long periods of time). Must have a full range of mobility and endurance and be able to lift objects that weigh a minimum of 45 pounds. Constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
