Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Ability to mentor, encourage, and develop faculty.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the logic (6th-8th) and rhetoric (9th-12th) schools.
• Strengthen the academic program with the Head of School and Academic Dean.
• Supervise and mentor logic and rhetoric faculty; observe classrooms and give feedback.
• Lead faculty meetings and professional development.
• Partner with parents of logic and rhetoric students.
• Contribute to the WCA leadership team and assist with hiring.
• Foster a Christ-centered culture.
