Job summary

Kidney seeks a locum tenens Urology physician to cover a Pennsylvania practice with a predictable weekday schedule. Clinics and OR cases are split 80/20, with no on-call duties and a supportive team including two surgeons, two APPs, surgical techs and anesthesia.

Typical days run Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch, starting in early 2026 or 2027 and continuing as ongoing coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Board certified or Board eligible within 5 years.
• Pennsylvania license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide urology care in clinic and OR as scheduled.
• Clinic 80% and OR 20% with no call.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 with 1 hour lunch.
• Manage a typical clinic volume of 18–20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with 2 surgeons, 2 APPs, surgical techs and anesthesia team.
