Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. seeks an experienced urologist to provide adult urology care with focus on stones and endourology, including PCNL and HoLEP. The role combines clinic and operating room duties, five days per week, with about 24 patients seen daily in clinic.

Candidates must be board-certified with BLS and capable of trauma coverage; stones/endourology expertise is preferred. Responsibilities include performing procedures, managing trauma cases, and delivering comprehensive urology services

Qualifications

• Board-certified in urology.
• BLS certification required.
• Trauma coverage capability required.
• Five-day work week with clinic and OR duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult urology procedures (stones, endourology).
• Manage trauma cases and provide comprehensive adult urology services.
