Job summary

Aya Healthcare’s Locums Recruiter Associate role is based onsite at our San Diego campus. You’ll train with the Locums Recruiting team to initiate contact with physicians and introduce them to a locum tenens career with Aya Healthcare.

You will build candidate pipelines, source leads through calls and research, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced, collaborative setting that rewards growth and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training to develop full-cycle recruiting skills
• Learn to source qualified leads through outbound calls and research
• Build candidate pipelines under guidance of experienced team members
• Make outbound calls to identify, screen, and build provider pipelines
• Support recruiters by identifying and passing along qualified leads
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and potential candidates
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Grow, learn, and advance within the organization
