Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a provider for flexible outpatient staffing three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

You will see 15-25 patients daily, performing both sick and well visits in a community setting. The role includes comprehensive support, including negotiated weekly pay, complimentary housing and travel arrangements, malpractice coverage, and streamlined credentialing.

The hourly rate ranges from $105.00 to $130.00, inclusive of base pay and potential additional earnings such as overtime and holiday pay.
