Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct physicals and return to work clearances.
• Perform hearing tests, vision screens, and urine drug screens.
• Triage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Support pre-employment surveillance and DOT-related testing.

• Dates Needed: August 10, August 11, August 14 and August 21
• PA Licensed
• The clinic hours for this location are Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The hours are flexible if arriving at 5:30 is a challenge.
• Outpatient Setting
• Some of the surveillance that are done onsite consists of hearing tests, vision screens, urine drug screens for pre-employment and DOT.
• Physical exams, PITs, and Return to Work clearances.
• Treat work related injuries/illness as well as personal medical.

Compensation:

$90/hour includes malpractice and weekly pay!
