Job summary

Global Medical Staffing seeks an experienced OB/GYN physician for full‑time locum work in the Washington, DC area. The assignment spans outpatient clinics, hospital ORs, and ambulatory surgery centers as part of a high‑volume practice, with about 3,000 deliveries per year.

Travel and housing are pre‑paid; malpractice is AAA rated and covered, and licensing assistance plus cost reimbursement are provided. The schedule is 5 days per week with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, offering

Job description

• Full‑time preferred ‑‑ 5 days per week, 4 weeks per month
• Minimum commitment: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• 20 patients per shift
• Outpatient clinic, hospital OR, and ambulatory surgery center
• Works alongside OB/GYNs, APPs, and certified nurse midwives
• Low and high risk pregnancy, c‑sections, VBACs, and surgical gyn
• Laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures required
• Approx. 3,000 deliveries per year ‑‑ high‑volume OB/GYN practice
