Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Board-certified Neurologist for our outpatient clinics in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on general neurology and headache care with a strong emphasis on Botox treatments for appropriate patients.

You will work across two clinic locations with a split schedule and no hospital or inpatient coverage. Ideal candidates have outpatient neurology experience, exceptional clinical skills, and comfort performing Botox procedures.

Formación

• Board-certified in neurology.
