Job summary
Weatherby Healthcare seeks Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for a 24-hour shift schedule with in-house mornings and on-call coverage. The team operates a 1:3 shared call model to maintain a manageable call burden and a census of 10–13 patients with Level III (B) acuity.
Each shift features 1 neonatologist and 1 NNP; NNPs conduct daily rounds while the neonatologist leads assessments and planning. J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcomed; travel and housing expenses are prepaid.
