Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a cardiologist for a Kentucky hospital assignment. The schedule is week-on/week-off, with about 15 patients daily in inpatient and outpatient care. Required skills include echo, stress EKG, PTCA, caths and stents; nuclear and TEE experience is a plus. Hospital privileges and license are assumed.

Assignment offers paid malpractice, travel and housing expenses prepaid, and 24/7 access to your Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• License and hospital privileges required.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings.
• Proficiency in echo, stress EKG, PTCA, caths, and stents.
• Nuclear cardiology and TEE experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiology coverage on a week-on/week-off schedule.
• Care for approximately 15 patients per day.
