Job summary

CompHealth is seeking locum tenens pain management physicians for assignments in New Mexico. Roles include outpatient clinic and OR-based practice with injections, RFA, epidurals, kyphoplasty and nerve blocks.

Typical schedule features two weeks per month with flexible blocks and a Mon-Sat then Mon-Thu rotation. Housing and travel are arranged, and comprehensive malpractice coverage is provided for each assignment.

Responsibilities

• 2 weeks per month -- flexible scheduling available
• Mon - Sat then Mon - Thu schedule
• 9 - 10 procedures on OR days; 20 - 25 patients on clinic days
• Outpatient clinic and OR-based pain management practice
• Extensive procedures required -- injections, RFA, epidurals, and more
• Kyphoplasty, stellate ganglion block, and nerve blocks required
• In-office procedures include Botox, trigger point, and joint injections
• Very low narcotics focus -- approximately 10% of patients
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
