Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare, a leader in locum tenens staffing, seeks a cardiologist for an outpatient clinic in Jonesboro, GA.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (9-hour shifts); 14 patients per shift; EKG and Holter interpretation required; no invasive procedures.

Weatherby covers malpractice, travel and housing, and provides 24-hour consultant support; charter member of NALTO.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting electrocardiograms (EKG) and Holter monitors in outpatient settings.
• Cardiology background in outpatient clinics preferred.
• Ability to perform non-invasive cardiovascular assessments.

Responsibilities

• Interpret EKGs and Holter monitor results in outpatient cardiology.
• Support daily clinic operations with patient assessments.
• Coordinate care for referred patients and follow-up as needed.
