Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologist to deliver vascular IR services, excluding diagnostic radiology, in Georgia. The role emphasizes arterial angiography, catheter-based interventions, and complex procedures with a strong emphasis on patient safety.

The candidate should possess robust IR expertise, excellent procedural skills, and the ability to manage a wide variety of cases.

Qualifications

• IR expertise and board-certified or equivalent experience.
• Strong procedural skill set across vascular interventions.
• Capacity to manage a diverse IR caseload with accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform arterial angiography and venous interventions.
• Place PICC lines, dialysis access devices, and venous filters.
• Conduct vertebroplasty, ablations, angioplasty, embolizations, nephrostomies.
• Delineate and perform thoracic/abdominal drain placements and thoracentesis.
• Include Y-90 treatments, nephrostomy care, and thoracic procedures as indicated.
• Provide fluoro-guided interventions and CT/US biopsies as needed.

Job description

This role involves providing vascular interventional radiology (IR) services, focusing exclusively on procedures without diagnostic radiology.

Key responsibilities include performing arterial angiography, PICC lines, IVC filters, dialysis access interventions, vertebroplasty, ablations, angioplasty, Y-90 treatments, embolizations, nephrostomies, thrombectomies, permcaths, venograms, CT and USG biopsies, as well as para/thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, myelograms, fluoroscopy, drain placements, and chest tube insertions.

It requires availability for weekday hours with night call and weekend coverage.
