Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Active Michigan medical license required.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association issued in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for hospitalized adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform admissions, daily rounding, discharges, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, case management and ancillary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Order and interpret laboratory studies, diagnostic imaging, and other tests.
• Document patient encounters accurately using Epic and Dragon.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining efficient patient flow.
