Job summary

DayToDay Health seeks a clinical provider to deliver comprehensive care in a busy clinic. You will care for patients from newborn to 99 years, with a caseload of 22–26 daily and 30 minutes of administrative time per 4 hours worked.

You will collaborate with an on-site Women’s health provider, bring strong patient care skills, and participate in credentialing and privileging activities to ensure smooth operations.
