Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks an MD for a 100% on-site inpatient interventional radiology locum assignment in Tennessee. Day shift 8:00–17:00, 7 on/7 off with weeknights and weekends on-call. Board-certified IR physicians will perform angiography, angioplasty, stents, embolization, biopsies, drainages and related IR procedures.

All coverage is on-site; expected case load is 8–12 procedures per shift. The position requires current IR board certification and Tennessee licensure/privileges to practice

Qualifications

• Board certification required for IR practice.
• Active Tennessee medical licensure or privileges to practice locum tenens.
• Inpatient interventional radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform angiography, angioplasty, stents, embolization and related IR procedures.
• Provide 100% on-site IR coverage during day shifts with on-call evenings/weekends as required.
