Job summary

Global Medical Staffing seeks a Urology physician for a 7 on/7 off rotation in Indiana. The role covers inpatient and outpatient care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients with laparoscopic, endoscopic, and oncologic surgeries required.

Expect beeper call with 1:1 ratio and 20-minute response, plus consults throughout the day. Pre-paid travel and housing are provided, with AAA-rated malpractice coverage and licensing cost reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Inpatient and outpatient urology care knowledge.
• Ability to perform general, adult, and pediatric urology procedures.
• Experience with laparoscopic and endoscopic techniques.
• Familiarity with oncologic urologic surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.
• Perform advanced urology procedures including laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Participate in 24-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities and patient management.

Job description

• 7 on / 7 off rotation ‑‐ 7 am to 7 am (24‐hour shifts)
• Approx. 10 patients per shift
• Inpatient and outpatient practice setting required
• Beeper call ‑‐ 1:1 ratio, 20‑min response,
• 5 phone consults per 24 hrs
• Adult, pediatric, and neonate (preferred) populations treated
• General, adult, and pediatric urology procedures required
• Advanced procedures required ‑‑ laparoscopic, endoscopic, and oncologic
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, and radical surgeries required
