Job summary

CompHealth is seeking to place physicians in locum tenens urology assignments across facilities nationwide. You will work 10-12 days per month with 24 hour call coverage and three clinic days per week plus scheduled OR time, handling up to 16 patients per shift.

Rates range from $220.00 to $275.00 per hour, all-inclusive, with pay reflecting overtime, call, and holiday pay. We provide housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage, and streamline credentialing for a smooth placement.

Responsibilities

• 10-12 days per month.
• 24 hour call coverage 7am-7am.
• 3 clinic days per week plus scheduled OR time.
• Up to 16 patients per shift.
• Call: 5-6 phone consults, 3-4 patients seen, 2-3 admissions.
• General urology, laparoscopic surgeries, robotic surgery.
• Ureteroscopy, prostatectomy, ESWL procedures.
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required.
