• Active medical license in Arizona.
• Board-certified urologist or eligible for licensure in AZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 100% adult urology clinic.
• Perform stones/endourology procedures.
• Cover trauma cases as needed.
• Clinic and OR days 2–3 days per week.
• Maintain an average of 24 patients per day.
• PCNL and HoLEP skills are desirable but not mandatory.
