Era Locums, Inc. is seeking a board-certified urologist for a locum-tenens assignment in Wisconsin. The provider must be licensed in Michigan and able to credential within about 60 days. Fellowship is preferred and malpractice coverage is provided.

Case mix includes kidney stones, stents, and hematuria management with 1–5 patients per shift and 2–4 hours of on-site call daily. Travel, lodging, and 1099 contracting are arranged through Era Locums.

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days.
• Fellowship preferred.

• Inpatient practice setting.
• Patients per shift: 1–5.
• Admissions required.
• Rounding patients: both new admissions and inpatients.
• Common procedures: kidney stones, stents, hematuria management, difficult catheter placements.
• Average onsite call-back hours: 2–4 hours per day.
