Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant, General Surgery, for a locum tenens assignment in Toledo, Ohio. Night shifts 6:30 pm–6:30 am, covering SICU, Trauma ICU, general surgery, and vascular floors.

ACLS and BLS are required. The 13-week assignment includes housing and transportation; Weatherby provides 24/7 consultant support. Pay is hourly at $85–$115, with overtime and bonuses discussed with your Weatherby consultant. This is a temporary placement with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• General Surgery experience preferred for locum tenens role.
• 13-week assignment in Toledo, OH.

Responsibilities

• Night shifts 6:30 pm – 6:30 am in SICU, Trauma ICU, general surgery and vascular floors.
• Perform chest tube placement, arterial line and central line procedures.
• Provide patient care and collaborate with surgical teams across ICU and floors.
