The ideal candidate will have ACLS and BLS certification and be prepared to assist in CV/Thoracic surgery and valve procedures, with duties including ICU rounding and floor patient management.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Duration: 13 weeks

• M-F schedule with 1-2 weekday and weekend call shifts
• Night call coverage from 5pm to 7am
• 5-10 hospital patients daily with 0-3 admissions
• 2-7 ICU patients and 1-2 surgeries per day
• Must assist in CV/thoracic surgery and valve procedures
• ICU rounding and floor patient management required
• 6-9 month assignment duration
• ACLS and BLS certification required
