CompHealth APP is seeking a Physician Assistant with Cardiology expertise for a locum tenens assignment in Hickory, North Carolina. The position is inpatient, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with occasional weekends, handling inpatient rounding, consults, and assisting cardiologists.

Expect a workload of 10–12 patients per shift with 15 admissions, and an in-house call ratio of 1:4. Housing and travel are complimentary, and licensing and malpractice costs are covered. Cerner is the EMR.
