Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for pediatric inpatients, responding to calls within 30 minutes.
• Assess and manage acute neonatal and pediatric conditions, including intubation, ventilation, and decompression procedures.
• Perform newborn evaluations, UVC/UAC placement, and circumcisions as clinically indicated.
• Coordinate with nursing and office staff to ensure timely patient care and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in Cerner and Athena EMR systems.
