Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.
• Experience with interventional procedures is implied by listed capabilities.
• Willingness to cover on-call and weekend shifts as part of assignment.

Responsibilities

• M-F 8 am – 5 pm with night call rotation and 24-hour weekend coverage.
• Perform light IR procedures daily (15–20 on average).
• Procedures include paracentesis, thoracentesis, CT/US guided biopsies, and lumbar punctures.
• Involves nephrostomy, embolization, drain insertion, chest tubes, and fluoroscopy.
