Weatherby Healthcare seeks a locum tenens physician to support inpatient care in Wisconsin. Expect on-site coverage every other week with weekday and weekend on-call, and collaboration with APPs on-call alongside the MD.

You will perform targeted lung biopsies and high-volume procedures as listed, while using the Weatherby online portal for assignments and time entry. Weatherby covers malpractice, travel, and housing, with round-the-clock consultant access.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient care with 4–6 procedures per MD per day
• On-site coverage M-F 7 am–6 pm; every other week on-site
• Weekday call from 6 pm; weekend call Fri 6 pm–Mon 7 am
• APP on call alongside the MD throughout shifts
• Perform targeted lung biopsy as required
• Handle high-volume procedures: vertebroplasty, dialysis access, angio, IVC filters
• Manage G-tubes, abscess drains, and DR readings between procedures
• Coordinate assignment details and time entry in the online portal
• Receive paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Have 24-hour access to Weatherby Healthcare consultant
• Weatherby Healthcare is a charter member of NALTO
