Job summary

Vista Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant for Critical Care/Intensive Care in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This locum tenens position supports postoperative and ICU patients on a 13-week assignment with night shifts.

The role features 39 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and credentialing handled by the client. Must hold an OklahomaPA license (or Pediatric Acute Care APRN) with active NCCPA certification and ACLS/PALS/NRP/BLS credentials.

Qualifications

• CPR and advanced life support certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Active DEA license or ability to apply prior to hire; BLS through American Heart Association.
• Active NCCPA certification and Oklahoma PA license required; prescriptive authority within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient critical care in the ICU, focusing on post-operative and complex cases.
• Collaborate with ICU team to manage postoperative and high-acuity patients.
