Medicus has partnered with a hospital 15 minutes from Denver, Colorado, for a Hand Surgeon to provide locum tenens coverage. The setting is an inpatient, emergency department with a Level I Trauma center and a 24-hour call schedule (7a-7a) on specific dates. Daily volume includes 5 admissions, with duties centered on hand injuries.

EMR is Epic, and must be board-certified with a DEA license. Travel and lodging are provided, with comprehensive malpractice coverage and licensing/credentialing

Qualifications

• Board-certified in hand surgery.
• DEA registration is required.
• Experience in trauma or emergency department settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cover emergency department and transfer center calls related to hand injuries.
• Provide hand surgery coverage during 24-hour call shifts.
