Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking qualified locum tenens dentists to join our flexible Talent Pool in Maryland. Work where and when you want, with full autonomy over your availability and schedule, and the opportunity to travel to practices in your area, across the state, or even the nation.

This position offers a guaranteed daily rate, travel accommodations with mileage reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited US School of Dentistry.
• State and DEA licensing in the practicing state.
• Experience with impressions for dentures, surgical extractions, and implant restoration.
• Ability to work well with others and provide compassionate patient care.
• One-day paid working interview may be required before assignment.
• Background check and NPDB report completion required.

Responsibilities

• Provide removable prosthetics, including same day in-house immediate and replacement dentures.
• Single and full mouth extraction services, alveoplasty as needed, and other surgical procedures.
• Denture-related services such as relines, rebase, repairs, adjustments, softliners, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide removable prosthetics, including same day in‑house immediate and replacement dentures
• Single and full mouth extraction services, alveoplasty as needed, and other various surgical procedures
• Denture related services such as relines, rebase, repairs, adjustments, softliners etc.
• Present treatment plans for new patient consultations
• Collaborate closely with the on‑site removable laboratory team as well as auxiliary support staff

Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited US School of Dentistry
• State and DEA licensing in the state you will be practicing
• Experience and confidence with taking impressions for dentures, surgical extractions, and implant restoration
• Ability to get along well with others, compassionate patient care, and good chair‑side manners
• One‑day paid working interview is sometimes required before an assignment is given*
• All hires must complete a criminal background report and NPDB Report*
