Position Overview

Kaiser Permanente is seeking skilled CRNAs to join a high-functioning anesthesia team in Santa Clara, CA. This role offers strong autonomy within a collaborative care team model across a variety of surgical settings.

Schedule & Shifts

• Monday – Sunday coverage
• 8–10 hour shifts (flexible scheduling)
• No Call Required
• Weekend & OB availability highly preferred

Clinical Environment

• 5–6 ASC rooms
• 2 Eye Center rooms
• 2 EP Labs

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Work independently with strong autonomy in a care team model
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists as needed
• Participate in onboarding/proctoring (~1 week) to ensure comfort with workflow

Case Mix

• Orthopedics, GYN
• Eye procedures (cataracts)
• Pediatrics
• OB (spinals/epidurals preferred but not required)

Additional Notes:

• No Hearts / No Pain / No Regional Blocks
• Head cases not required (bonus if experienced)
