Position Overview

One of our Partners in Minnesota, is seeking locum CRNAs to support its high-acuity tertiary anesthesia service. This opportunity offers day, swing, and optional night shifts, a supervised care team model (4:1), and consistent scheduling for providers able to commit to a minimum of two weeks per month.

Pay Ranking: Base provider pay ranks in the Top 10–15% nationally for locum CRNAs (2026 data), with premium call and overtime pushing blended earnings higher during extended coverage weeks.

Assignment Highlights

Tertiary care anesthesia practice

Supervised Care Team Model (4:1)

Minimum commitment: 36 hours/week and 2 weeks/month

Required: Two consecutive weeks/month for first 3 months

Minnesota is not a compact state

Schedule

Shift lengths available: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hours

Typical start times: 6:30 AM

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

6:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Coverage need: ~36 hours/week, 2–3 weeks/month

Orientation: 3 days required (4 hours non-billable per system record)

12-hour Saturday beeper call (optional)

8- or 12-hour weeknight beeper call
