Palm Health is seeking an experienced CRNA for a locum opportunity in Spokane, Washington. This long-term assignment runs through May 2027 with negotiable compensation and exposure to a high-acuity tertiary practice. Expect full-time coverage, two hospital sites within the same system, and Epic as the EMR.

• NBCRNA Certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• DEA Registration is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general anesthesia for diverse case mix in a high-acuity tertiary center.
• Administer regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia as indicated.
• Manage ventilation and invasive lines (central/arterial) intraoperatively.
• Support acute hemodynamic management during procedures.
• Coordinate care across two hospitals within the same health system and maintain continuous full-time coverage without call responsibilities.

Assignment Overview

• Start: As soon as credentialed (approximately 6090 days)
• Duration: Through May 31, 2027
• Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours only (No Call)
• Schedule: Full-time ongoing coverage
• Minimum 3 shifts per week
• Typically 8-, 10-, or 12-hour day shifts based on procedural volume
• Providers must be available throughout the month (no week-on/week-off or piecemeal schedules)
• Practice Sites: Primary tertiary hospital
• Occasional coverage at a second hospital approximately 15 minutes away within the same health system
• EMR: Epic
