Job summary

CompHealth APP is seeking a Physician Assistant in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery for a locum tenens assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The position supports post-op clinics, ICU, and telemetry rounding with first assist duties for CABG and valve procedures.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm, with a weekday night call once per week and one weekend call per month. Housing and travel are provided, licensing and malpractice costs covered, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgery preferred.
• First assist for CABG, valve surgery, and aortic procedures.
• Post-op clinic, ICU and telemetry rounding.

CompHealth APP is seeking a Physician Assistant Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery for a locum tenens job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Duration: 13 weeks

• Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, 9-hour shifts
• Post-op clinic, ICU, and telemetry rounding
• First assist for CABG, valve surgery, aortic procedures
• EMR: Epic
• 60% OR, 20% clinic, 20% ICU split
• One weekday night call per week
• One weekend call per month
