Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced provider for specialized cardiac care, managing clinic patients, hospital consults, and supervising cardiac tests. The role requires handling substantial clinic days and daily hospital consultations within outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate will have ACLS certification and a proven track record in cardiac testing, with the ability to manage on-call duties and coordinate with consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification is required.
• Experience in cardiac testing and outpatient care preferred.
• Ability to handle 2-4 on-call calls per 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Conducting 20-25 patient clinic days.
• 3-6 hospital consults daily.
• Supervising 4-6 cardiac tests during half-day clinics.
• Must perform nuclear medicine stress testing, echocardiography, and TEE, with preference for reading nuclear stress tests.
• Online assignment management and 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant.
