Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon for an employed position in Yuma, AZ. This role offers a base salary of $795,000 with a $100,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance, and wRVU incentives in a growing regional program.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with dedicated OR days, no ED call, and Epic/Dragon support. The practice covers full-scope orthopedics in a physician-led, collaborative environment, with robust clinical teams and advanced technology including MAKO on site.

Qualifications

• Board-certified orthopedic surgeon preferred.
• Ability to practice full-scope orthopedics in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with Epic EHR and Dragon dictation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope orthopedic surgical care.
• Collaborate with clinical teams in a physician-led program.
• Utilize MAKO robotics for applicable procedures; ensure patient-centered care.
