Job summary

Global Medical Staffing currently seeks a radiology professional to provide on-site mammography coverage in North Carolina and Norwood. You will support mammography screening workflows and perform general diagnostic reads, collaborating with staff to ensure accurate interpretations.

The role involves 8-9 hour shifts, approximately 30 screenings per day, and 0-1 biopsies daily, with pre-paid travel and housing, malpractice coverage, and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have mammography skills and experience reading diagnostic radiology images.
• Radiology reading proficiency required for daily case assessment.
• On-site coverage and patient workflow collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site radiology coverage (8-9 hour shifts) for locum assignment.
• Process approximately 30 mammography screenings per day and 4 diagnostic cases.
• Handle 0-1 biopsy procedures per day as needed.
