Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Locum Radiologist to provide outpatient and inpatient imaging across multiple facilities in Minnesota. The role covers CT, MRI, ultrasound and procedural capabilities with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

You will deliver high-quality reads, collaborate with care teams, and navigate credentialing and time entry through online portals, supported by housing, travel and credentialing assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in general and neuro CT, MRI, ultrasound, and paracentesis.
• Digital mammography experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work in diverse clinical settings.

Job description

Role:

Locum Radiologist providing outpatient and inpatient imaging services.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT (general and neuro), MRI (musculoskeletal and neuro), ultrasound (abdominal, pelvic, thyroid), and paracentesis procedures. Conduct approximately 110 reads daily across multiple facility locations, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging. Collaborate with healthcare teams and adhere to safety and quality standards. Manage patient imaging needs efficiently within a Monday through Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven expertise in general and neuro CT, MRI, ultrasound, and paracentesis. Digital mammography experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work in diverse clinical settings are essential.

Key Duties:

Deliver diagnostic imaging services, ensure accurate reads, and maintain patient safety. Facilitate procedures and collaborate with medical staff. Support credentialing and privileging processes and utilize online portals for assignment details and time entry.
