Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions seeks a Radiation Oncologist for ongoing locum coverage in Illinois. Starting January 2027, typical schedule is one week on, one week off (up to three weeks per month), Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

Responsibilities include consultations, treatment planning, on-treatment management and follow-up care using an Elekta linear accelerator and MOSAIQ. Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology.
• Experience with breast, lung and other disease sites is preferred.
• Familiarity with IMRT and SBRT techniques is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with patients.
• Perform treatment planning and on-treatment management.
• Provide follow-up care for radiation oncology patients.
