Job summary

CompHealth provides true locum opportunities in inpatient ICU settings, with a focus on flexible assignments ranging from a day to several years. You will work in an ICU environment with 24-hour coverage, manage complex lines and ventilator needs, and be supported by a dedicated recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Coverage includes 24-hour on-call with day shifts 7am–5pm.
• Average of 17 patients per day in ICU plus floor consults.
• Inpatient ICU setting.
• 2:1 nursing ratio plus patient care techs assisting each nurse.
• Central and arterial lines, bronchs, and vent management required.
• Leave coverage with potential for ongoing rotation.
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly.
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process.
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry.
