Location: California (Telemedicine and Onsite Locum Options)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates
Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor (role‑dependent)

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and/or onsite primary care services
• Conduct patient evaluations via scheduled visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Participate in credentialing and compliance requirements
• Provide full remote practice support
• Support NALTO, NCQHA Credentialing Standards
• Engage in variety of short‑ and long‑term assignments
