Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is offering Urology call coverage assignments across a multi-hospital system in the United States. You’ll provide call coverage with general urology cases, perform weekend surgeries, and handle multiple consults from ED providers.

Assignments include inpatient rounding in the morning, potential emergency surgery, cystoscopy, stent placement, lithotripsy, and other urologic procedures. Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Call-only coverage for urology general emergencies.
• 2–3 surgeries per weekend with 4–6 consults.
• Multi-hospital system with transfers to central facility.
• Inpatient rounding in AM; emergency surgery if needed.
• Cases include cystoscopy, stent placement, lithotripsy, and holmium laser lithotripsy.
• Foley catheter placement consults with ED providers.
• Non-trauma urology call with high volume potential.
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses.
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal.
