Job summary

CompHealth is sourcing locum tenens coverage in Oregon for a urology practice. Clinic coverage 1-2 weeks per month with weekday availability; you will treat adults with procedures including cystoscopy and prostate biopsies, and you’ll cover clinic, OR, and call.

We arrange housing and travel, provide comprehensive malpractice coverage, and streamline credentialing and privileging. Your dedicated recruiter handles every detail to help you focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coverage needed 1 - 2 weeks per month with weekday availability required.
• Clinic volume -- 18 - 20 patients per day.
• Covers clinic, OR, and call.
• Average 16 cystos and 5 prostate biopsies performed in office daily.
• Female cystoscopies required.
• Leave coverage -- experience required, solo practice setting.
• Low call volume -- less than one callback per day on average.
• Adult population -- pediatric cases limited to emergent torsion only.
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly.
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process.
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry.
