Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a New York facility in recruiting a locums Radiation Oncologist to start soon. The role requires planning and delivering IMRT, HDR, SIMS, SRS and SBRT procedures for adult patients. Typical schedule includes weekdays from 8:00 to 16:30 with some variant times.

The assignment features a patient load of about 25 per day, plus follow-ups and occasional emergencies. Breast and gynecologic oncology experience is preferred; housing, travel, and malpractice coverage are provided

Responsibilities

• Plan IMRT, HDR, SIMS, SRS and SBRT treatments.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 patients per day (adult) and handle ~15 weekly follow-ups with 6–8 new consults weekly.

Quick Facts
