Job summary

CompHealth locums division is helping facilities nationwide fill gaps with flexible, short-term assignments. This posting is for a pediatric and general coverage role requiring critical care procedures and broad clinical skills.

Shifts are 7 am–7 pm, with a 24-hour Dec 31 shift; typical daily volumes include 10–15 outpatients and 1–2 inpatients. Housing, travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage are arranged, with weekly pay and streamlined credentialing.

Qualifications

• BLS and PALS certification required.
• Procedures: central line, arterial line, lumbar puncture.
• X-ray and EKG interpretation required.
• Non-invasive ventilation management experience may be needed.
• Mix of pediatric and general patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum coverage for assigned facilities.
• Manage a mix of pediatric and general patients.
• Perform required procedures as needed by shifts.
• Coordinate with facility staff; no supervision of other providers required.
