Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an ENT physician to cover weekday daytime shifts and on-call nights in Duluth, MN. The role includes a wide range of cases from newborns to more than 100 patients, with Epic as the EMR and opportunities in both in-clinic and OR settings for procedures such as myringotomy, tonsillectomy, trachs, and septal/sinus cases.

Trauma-level comfort and pediatric ENT experience are required, along with weekend and holiday community call coverage.

Qualifications

• Weekday shifts 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday with lunch break.
• Weeknight call shifts included, not typically every night.
• Weekend and holiday coverage is community call.
• Patients range newborn to over 100, wide variety of cases.
• EMR: Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide ENT coverage across clinic and OR settings.
• Participate in on-call rotations and trauma cases.
• Perform procedures including myringotomy, tonsillectomy, trachs, septal/sinus procedures.
• Support emergent airway management in trauma and pediatric scenarios.
