• 24-hour beeper call -- M-F plus weekend call coverage
• Avg 624 deliveries per year -- approx 3 patients per shift
• Inpatient OB/GYN call coverage -- minimum 1 week per month
• Strong support staff -- nurse supervisor, RNs, and MAs on site
• Low and high risk pregnancy management required
• C-section, breech, multiples, VBAC, and lac repair required
• Surgical GYN required -- open, laparoscopic, and operative/major
• NICU facility nearby -- less than 36 weeks gestation support
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
