CompHealth is seeking a hospital-based neurohospitalist in Louisiana. This locums assignment includes 24-hour call (1 week per month) and EEG requirements, with privileges provided by the hospital. Housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage are arranged, and pay is deposited weekly through the network.

The role focuses on neurology coverage in a hospital setting, with expected patient volumes and ongoing credentialing support through your dedicated recruiter.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in neurology.
• Experience as neurohospitalist preferred.
• Ability to secure hospital privileges and credentialing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 neurohospitalist coverage on a 1-week per month schedule.
• Manage 10–15 patients daily, up to 20 on busy days.
• Coordinate EEGs (continuous and routine) and patient monitoring.
