Adelphi Locums in Marshall, TX seeks a Board-eligible/Board-certified Emergency Medicine physician for locum tenens coverage. Shifts rotate 7a-3p, 2p-10p, 9p-7a with 12-hour blocks, starting ASAP and continuing ongoing. Epic EMR is used; APPs support care delivery and patient flow.

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided. Requirements include EM or FM residency training; ABEM/ABFM board status; ATLS and ACLS for non-boarded physicians.

Qualificações

• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
• ABEM/ABFM certification; residency trained in EM or FM.
• ATLS and ACLS required for non-boarded EM and FM physicians.
• EM boarded physicians do not need to maintain ATLS once boarded.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM, AOBEM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). EM or FM residency trained required. ABFM physicians must have 2+ years ED experience at facilities with 10k+ annual volume.
  
• Certifications: ATLS and ACLS required for non-boarded EM and FM physicians. EM boarded physicians do not need to maintain ATLS once boarded. Initial ATLS required for EM boarded physicians but does not need to be current.
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  
• Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPPAs) to manage patient volume.
  
• Perform emergency procedures as required for the treatment of patients.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR.
  
• Comply with all credentialing, onboarding, and hospital orientation requirements.
